Many people remember our location as being a bike shop for many years, and our restaurant bears the mark of its history in the community. Every bike on the wall has a story, with many of them being donated by regulars who may even make it a point to come in and dine under their old bike! Our regulars feel so at home with us, that they often leave pieces of themselves behind like this. The result is a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere, where diners can feel totally at ease and enjoy delicious local soul food!

Our menu is guaranteed fresh, all 12 months of the year! We source our ingredients locally, and deliver an ever-changing menu to reflect the season. Regulars know that they can trust us enough to simply prepare them a delicious and healthy meal without even knowing what it is beforehand (ask our friendly staff about the "trust meal!") We've also partnered with our favorite Kelowna-based companies to offer specialty coffee blends, craft beers, kombucha and other outstanding local drinks. We have won numerous Peoples Choice awards throughout the years including Best Soup, Best Sandwich, Best Specialty Coffee, and Best Use of Local Ingredients.
